DDSCNJ Mission Statement
DDSCNJ was established in December of 2021 and is an approved, State released support coordination agency helping individuals and their families throughout the state of New Jersey.
DDSCNJ prides itself on providing detailed, comprehensive and compassionate PERSON-CENTERED services in all areas of life. Our focus is to empower our individuals to lead a happy, fulfilled life. All special needs individuals are entitled to equal and safe access to a community without barriers. Including but not limited to inclusion, employment, health care needs, independent living skills support and standards of living, mental health care, education, travel opportunities, exposure to the arts, nutritional guidance, modifications within their homes and vehicles, communication and assistive technology, medical equipment, financial guidance, advocacy and the right to privacy and respect. By keeping this focus, DDSCNJ works diligently to assist all our clients and families reach their full potential, their hopes and their dreams.
